The Missing Project

September 11, 2026 will mark 25 years since the people of New York City experienced the catastrophic tragedy of 9/11. MISSING captures the state of the city in the days after the collapse of the Twin Towers.

The book is 292 pages, 8.5”x10”, soft cover, showing over 250 missing posters. It will be published in August 2026.

The Exhibition

Roughly 30 of the photos will be exhibited from April 30, 2026 to May 10, 2026 as part of the Contact Photography Festival in Toronto.

The 9/11 Memorial

Each poster in the book is indexed to the 9/11 Memorial site reference number. Shown here is Jupiter Yambem in block N-69.
